Children’s Express Learning Center is hiring! We are looking for a nurturing early childhood teacher to help us complete our seasoned staff family! CELC is a smaller, family run center that has serviced our community for 30+ years! This is our only location, and it is the pride and joy of our company! Our center is always growing and expanding to continue to provide the best possible care and early childhood education to our community, and those surrounding!
We are currently looking to fill 3 positions, 2 full time, and 1 part time. The positions will engage with our infants and toddler age groups!
CELC is open Monday- Friday; 6:30am-6pm.
Job Responsibilities:
-Supervision and safety of children
-Implement activities and encourage children to participate and explore.
-Manage the cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
-Provide examples of great oral communication skills.
-Guide children through positive language, positive reinforcement, and redirection.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing regulations, and staff to child ratios.
-Demonstrate warmth and affection to all children in our center.
-Maintain effective communication with parents and families.
-Assist classroom teachers with the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate, high quality early learning program.
Qualifications:
18 years of age
High School Diploma
2 years (2500 hours) of verifiable experience working with children.
Compensation is based on education and experience, and will be discussed at time of hire!
